Playing with WordPress & RPGs

I’m just playing with WordPress themes & plugins. I like this one.  I’m not sure how, but I need to edit it a little bit more. I’m also testing the Live-Journal/WordPress thingy.

I need to add a new section (probably in the morning since it’s only “technically” morning right now) to the website for the RPGs I’m currently in. Let me fill you in on the extent of my geekdom. Thursdays are the girls’ gaming group +Dave, run by Erin (aka Doc). Currently it’s a Pirate game in one of Doc’s universes D&D 3.x based. I’ve never been in one of her games before. I like seeing how different people GM. Fridays are the D&D 3.5 game that I’m running (since October) for our regular gaming group, that consists of me and Chris, Dave & Kristy, Steve & Kendra, Art, Mike. It’s a lot of people for 1 game… I wouldn’t try to replace anyone on Fridays if they dropped out. It’s about my limit as a new GM. The guys are being GREAT about it too. No one is doing anything completely crazy to me. The world is a completely made up world I thought up. It’s basically early 16th century Europe, but with magic that is leaving the world. I don’t think anyone caught it last week when they missed the chance to meet (when they were in London) King Arthur and Queen Catherine. I totally wasn’t talking about “the King Arthur from legend”, but rather King Arthur Tudor…the prince who died before his father, leaving the throne of England to his younger brother Henry VIII. I decided that because magic hadn’t left yet, that he was magically cured of his disease, survived his father, and Henry was Duke of Richmond, married to a local beauty (I haven’t picked which one yet).
