So had a good Thanksgiving, drew some stuff. Friday I GMed after finishing with the addressing/calligraphying of the christmas cards at work. Today Me, my MiL and friend Kristy all went to a bead show in Southfield. Saw lots of inspiring things.

Still working on the cute little Ed hat. I was embellishing it last night, and decided to add some more to the trim. I’m going to need some larger red beads to add to the trim. It’s going to be cute. I hope CJ will wear it. I think I’m going to need to make him a regular linen coif to go underneath like in the portrait.
I’ve added the beads in that 5 pattern to the top part, and the coif part is out of red velveteen and gold lace with cording. I’m NOT putting feathers on the hat, because those will most certainly go in the mouth…

Ok, so for my AEDM, I’ve been working on CJ’s wassail outfit, which is the Edward VI…So it’s not going to be an exact replica. I don’t have enough of the fabric to do the over-sleeves, and to do the hat properly…but it’s going to look period. FOR MORE CLICK HERE…
