So this past Saturday we had Daddy Chris’ surprise birthday party (his birthday isn’t until Friday), and a bunch of his friends came and we played card games and had a great time.
I know he REALLY enjoyed seeing and spending an evening with his buds. He seemed a lot more chilled out afterward. I know he needed some time with friends and not worrying about CJ (thanks for taking CJ for the night Grandma!).

Chris got a job offer today!!! Yea!!! Ok, so the pay isn’t great, but the commute is about 1/3 of the last one…and it’s definitely better than unemployment. Yea!!!
Chris just got laid off from his job at the automotive supplier he’s worked at for the last few years. Grrreat.
