Ok, CJ’s Edward the 6th outfit is now done…I hemmed it last night. And I also ripped out the skirt & hooks & eyes from the Green Gown, added grommets to the back (I need to go over them with thread), and pinned the skirt up.
Today I stitched the skirt on. I just need to check out the sleeves and what I need to do to those. I may add a modesty panel to the back under the lacing. We’ll see what I have time for. I still have to GM tonight’s game. I’ll have a bit of time to work on it tomorrow morning while Daddy is taking his Microsoft certification test. 
I can’t forget my hat this time.

Ok, so this afternoon I brought CJ’s Edward VI outfit with us to try on him to see if it needs any major changes, and to see that I have the hem marked in about the right spot so I can actually hem it… OMG was it SO cute!!!! I have photos, they are on my phone, and for some reason I can’t get the microSD card to read at my parents house…*shrug* So when I get home tonight, I’m going to add a post with photos… I am SO getting portraits done with him in this outfit. It does make me want to do one of the 6 wives…right now I have to settle for what I have. I need to edit an outfit for this weekend after I get the hem done tonight. I’m just going to pin and zip it through the machine, I’m not messing with a hand done edge…maybe I’ll try using the machine for a blind hem…
Now, do I want to use the Green Dress, or the Ropa for this weekend? Or do I use something else with the ropa?

So today I decided that I needed to use snaps on the back of the wiggle puss’ Edward 6 outfit…but for visual effect, it’s going to have buttons…period wooden thread covered buttons. *slams head into table* At least I only needed 4…but then why am I making more? Now I just need to hem it, finish the collar and cuff on his shirt and make sure the hat is ok, then I can figure out what I’m wearing to Wassail…on Saturday. *sigh*

Ok, so I need some more inspiration for garb. It’s like I have a spark of inspiration for garb, but no tinder to keep it going. Anyone got suggestions?
I did happen to get a bit more cleaned up in the dining room…still need to do more. Yay.
Still need to work more on CJ’s Edward, haven’t touched it in a few days. I should at least get him a new shirt done. Maybe I’ll try to whip one out tomorrow. I’ve got some embroidered linen to do a little dandy shirt for him…I just don’t know if I’m going to use white or black lace… If I use the black lace, I’ll want to do a little faux blackwork with my sewing machine… I just don’t know if I want to mess with that right now.
I can hear the hail outside hitting the window. Oh man getting my car ready in the morning is going to be a pain in the butt.
